GOAL TCG Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GOAL TCG mobile game and related services.

1. Provider

GOAL TCG is provided by App Growth Maksymilian Pawłowski, ul. Legnicka 50, 59-500 Złotoryja, Poland, NIP: 6941690129, REGON: 382980152, D-U-N-S® Number: 850797660. Contact: hello@apphill.agency.

2. Eligibility

GOAL TCG is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you can accept these Terms under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you should use the game with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Game Account and Profile

Some features may require an account, such as Google sign-in, Apple sign-in or other authentication methods. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. We may refuse, suspend or remove player names that are offensive, misleading, infringe rights or violate these Terms.

4. License to Use the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to download, install and use GOAL TCG for entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules.

You may not:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the game;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where allowed by law;
• use cheats, bots, exploits, automation or unauthorized third-party tools;
• interfere with game servers, analytics, advertising, purchases or security systems;
• sell, trade or transfer accounts, virtual items or game progress outside official game functionality.

5. Virtual Items and Game Progress

GOAL TCG may include virtual currencies, cards, packs, rewards, ad removal, bundles, entitlements and other digital items. These items are licensed to you for use in the game and do not have real-world cash value unless explicitly stated by applicable law. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred outside the game or redeemed outside official game functionality.

We may adjust game balance, rewards, card statistics, costs, abilities, leagues, matchmaking, missions and other game systems. Such changes may affect the perceived value, availability or behavior of virtual items.

6. In-App Purchases

GOAL TCG may offer in-app purchases through Google Play, Apple App Store or other platform-approved billing systems. Purchases are subject to the payment terms and refund policies of the relevant platform. We do not process payment card details directly.

If a purchase is not delivered correctly, contact us at hello@apphill.agency with your platform, approximate purchase time and order information. We may verify purchases through platform systems or purchase management providers.

7. Pre-registration Rewards

GOAL TCG may offer pre-registration rewards through Google Play before the official launch of the game. These rewards are promotional digital in-game content and are available only to eligible users who pre-register for GOAL TCG through Google Play and install or access the game through the same platform after launch, subject to Google Play availability, eligibility and technical requirements.

Pre-registration rewards may require a valid game account, a supported device, an internet connection and/or sign-in to claim, restore or synchronize the reward. Unless stated otherwise, each pre-registration reward can be claimed only once per eligible Google Play account and/or game account.

Pre-registration rewards have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for money, transferred outside the game or refunded separately, and may be changed, substituted or withdrawn where required by law, platform rules, technical limitations, fraud prevention or misuse prevention.

8. Ads and Rewarded Ads

The game may display ads, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads and banner ads. Rewarded ads grant rewards only when the ad provider confirms that the reward conditions were met. Ad availability may vary by country, device, account status, provider inventory and consent settings.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use GOAL TCG in a way that is illegal, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, disruptive or infringing. We may restrict access, reset progress, remove rewards or suspend accounts if we reasonably believe that a user violates these Terms, abuses promo codes, manipulates purchases, exploits bugs or harms the game experience.

10. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the game at any time. We aim to keep GOAL TCG available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent availability of any feature.

11. Intellectual Property

GOAL TCG, including its software, artwork, logos, game systems, text, designs and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content except as allowed by these Terms.

13. Disclaimers

GOAL TCG is provided on an „as is” and „as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or service interruptions arising from your use of the game. Our total liability for claims related to the game is limited to the amount you paid for the game or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

15. Platform Terms

Your use of GOAL TCG may also be subject to the terms of Google Play, Apple App Store and other platforms through which you download or use the game. If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory platform terms, the mandatory platform terms apply to that conflict.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may notify users in the game or through other reasonable means. Continued use of the game after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
