GOAL TCG Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can request deletion of your GOAL TCG account and associated personal data.

1. Data Controller

GOAL TCG is provided by App Growth Maksymilian Pawłowski, ul. Legnicka 50, 59-500 Złotoryja, Poland, NIP: 6941690129, REGON: 382980152, D-U-N-S® Number: 850797660.

2. Delete Data in the App

If the feature is available in your current app version, you can request deletion directly inside GOAL TCG:

  1. Open GOAL TCG.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the privacy/data section.
  4. Tap Delete account and data.
  5. Confirm the deletion request.

This may delete your cloud save, Firebase account data connected to the game and local progress on the device. If the app asks you to sign in again, please complete sign-in and repeat the deletion request.

3. Request Deletion by Email

You can also request data deletion by email. Send your request to:

Please include:

  • the subject line: GOAL TCG - Data Deletion Request;
  • the email address or sign-in method used in the game, if applicable;
  • your player name, if you know it;
  • your platform: Android, iOS or web/PWA;
  • any purchase order IDs if your request concerns purchase records or entitlements.

We may ask for additional information to verify that you are the account owner before deleting account data.

4. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on your account and app version, deletion may include:

  • GOAL TCG cloud save data;
  • player profile and game progress;
  • cards, squads, ranking, missions, rewards and settings;
  • authentication data associated with the game account, where technically possible;
  • push notification token associated with the game account;
  • promo code redemption history stored in the game profile.

5. Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, platform rules or legitimate business needs, including:

  • purchase and transaction records needed for tax, accounting, refund, fraud prevention or platform compliance;
  • security logs needed to detect fraud, abuse or technical issues;
  • support correspondence needed to document and complete your request;
  • aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify you.

6. Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and usually within 30 days, unless a longer period is allowed or required by applicable law. If we need more time or more information from you, we will let you know.

7. Advertising and Platform Data

Some advertising, analytics, purchase or platform data may be controlled by third-party providers such as Google, Apple, Meta, TikTok, Moloco or other partners. You may need to use their privacy controls or contact them directly for data that they control independently.

You can also reset or limit advertising identifiers and app tracking permissions in your device settings.
